Shipping Policy – Honest Spices

Thank you for shopping with Honest Spices! We’re committed to getting your spices delivered quickly and securely so you can enjoy fresh flavors in your kitchen.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the mainland United States only.

  • At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns once packages are opened.

  • If your spices arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out to us at sales@honestspicesco.com and we’ll make it right.
